VOICES Boston Partnership

BLO Education works with VOICES Boston to bring additional education and training opportunities to their youth participants. These opportunities are specifically designed to meet the needs of VOICES youth and support each organization’s mission.

VOICES Boston is a nationally recognized chorus and performing arts program serving youth in the greater Boston area in Kindergarten through Middle School.

Opera Camp: How to Create an Opera

Offered in August, this one-week day-camp gives elementary and middle school youth the opportunity to learn about how an opera is created—from writing a libretto, to composing music, to technical theater—and work together to create their own original opera!

Musical Theater Audition Workshop

Offered in February to upper elementary and middle school students, this weekend intensive prepares youth with best practices they can use in their school and community theater auditions.
